Thank you to all those students who put themselves forward for auditions for Kapahaka. You are a talented group of students with great confidence and energy. 

It's great to welcome back Hemi our student tutor. He is providing support for the boys and enriching our portfolio of resources this year. Miss Nixon and myself are taking alternative practices each Thursday from 9-10, to develop further knowledge of Te Reo and protocol as well as developing our performance repertoire.

The boys are currently working on a new Haka, whilst the girls are developing their poi skills and movements. We hope to perform a new song at Grandparents' Day, which will involve all the Kapahaka group
