TERM 2, 2011 - Rippa Rugby
With a bit of help from Damaeon Chany (Counties
Manukau Steelers) the teachers were able to play the
Intermediate students in an action packed Rippa
Rugby match. The game was point for point with
Both the teachers and students having turns to lead.
The final score a 3 all draw! I have a feeling
we may need to engage in a rematch...
TERM 2, 2010 -
SOCCER
The students put their best team on the pitch as they
were determined to not repeat the loss that they had
endured in the netball match. The teachers' team
included a few current players and others dragged
their boots out from the back of the cupboard;
combined with some outrageous attire in an effort to
distract the opposition. A fine battle was carried out
much to the surprise, and pleasure, of the supporting
crowd with a final score of 1:0, to the students, when
the final whistle blew.
