As Beachlands Learners we like to use our learning skills in a range of ways.  In Learning Pathways we have authentic learning opportunities that means that we learn in a "real world way" out in the real world.  We are lucky to be part of a community that has such a great environment for us to learn in- from learning about how to protect our coastline to being a part of the wider New Zealand community and participating in the Kids Election we have so many opportunities to learn about how the world around us works.

We use a model to help us with our learning- it keeps us on track and make sure that we keep thinking about how our learning can make a difference to our life or to the lives of others.  We call the model- dynamic learning!
