It is hard to sum up the amount of sporting events and opportunities there are, for all students at Beachlands School. Below is a summary of some of the things that our students are up this term.
East Counties Netball
We are proud of the five students below who have been selected for the East counties Netball team. They will represent East Counties at the Counties Tournament this week. Good luck to them we wish you well.

Rippa Rugby
This year with the Rugby World cup hitting our shores we have access to a array of support and resources. We have had Dameon Chaney from the Counties Manukau Steelers come and teach the skills and rules of Rippa Rugby to our years 5 -8 students and then it was the teachers turn with a staff coaching session. On Wednesday 25 June we are holding a staff v student match- come and cheer on the teachers! There is also a much more serious Rippa tournament later in the year for the students to compete against other Auckland Schools
If you would like to know more about sport or fitness at Beachlands School please feel free to contact me, I will be happy to explain all the large number of opportunities we offer to our students.
