Parent Teacher Association

2017 Fundraising

Picture
The PTA members are a motivated group of parents and teachers who help organise fundraising events to raise money for the school. Some of the fundraising events we do are: Sushi orders, Disco's, Community Ball, Grandparents Day and more....
The PTA is a great way to meet people, be involved with your child, keep in touch with the school and make a difference.

We meet once a month in the school staff room for a short casual meeting, to discuss fundraising ideas, the date of the meeting is published in the school newsletter. If you are interested in becoming a member or helper of the PTA please contact one of us (details below) or come along to the next meeting.

Where does the money go?
The money raised is transferred over to the school bank account and the Board of Trustees in conjunction with the school decide where the money should be spent.

Sushi
Sushi bags are available from the classrooms or school office.
Fill in the menu, insert the correct money and bring back to school by Tuesday 9am for a sushi lunch on Wednesday. The class teacher will be called when the sushi is ready to be collected from the hall and a sushi monitor will be chosen to collect the sushi for their classroom.
If a sushi bag isn't available, then fill out the sushi order form below and insert it with the correct money into a blank envelope and bring back to school by Tuesday 9am.
